All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants' safety, comfort & general well being.

Booking Process & Payment Terms

To confirm your booking, kindly follow the steps outlined below:

Transfer the initial payment as specified in the itinerary at the time of booking.

The remaining balance should be made upon receiving the "noMad good to go signal" from noMad Sisters.

If booking is done within 20 days of the trip’s commencement, full payment is required to secure your seat.

You should only book your travel tickets AFTER:
-
Receiving the "noMad good to go signal" from noMad Sisters.
-
Receiving the flight timing details from noMad Sisters.

Booking Conditions

A trip will only be confirmed if a minimum of 5 participants are confirmed to travel.

In case the trip is canceled by us, we will refund the amount paid towards the journey, excluding airfare. We advise securing travel insurance for ticket cancellations and booking through our partnered company for flexible pricing. Please consult the noMad Sisters team for assistance.

If there are fewer than 5 participants, we may still proceed with the trip with additional costs, if applicable.

All trips start from the destination airport. Flights are not included, and noMad Sisters is not responsible for any charges, including flight cancellations, if the trip is altered or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances.

Detailed packing lists and trip essentials will be shared 20 days before departure.

Full payment is required 20 days before the trip. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your participation.
Client Responsibility:

As the client, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable travel regulations, including passport validity, visa requirements, health and safety measures, and any other necessary travel documents. Any costs or consequences arising from non-compliance are your sole responsibility.

Experiences
​

Our trips are flexible to ensure maximum enjoyment. However, any extra activities or visits not initially planned will incur an additional cost and will only be included if the majority of the group agrees.

The air conditioning in vehicles may be turned off in hilly or mountainous terrain for safety reasons. This will be at the driver’s discretion.

No refunds will be issued for any inclusions or experiences not availed by the client during the trip.

Some activities, such as adventure experiences, are optional. If you wish to participate, the cost will be borne by those interested.
-
No adjustments to the trip cost will be made for activities or experiences that are not taken by any participants.

Amendments:
Should you require any changes or modifications to the proposed itinerary after its delivery, we will do our best to accommodate your requests. However, additional fees may apply depending on the extent of the changes and the stage of the planning process.
Etiquette at Destinations

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy towards shaming, bullying, or any other actions that could disrupt the mental peace and enjoyment of others, including fellow travelers, staff, or locals.

Rudeness and misbehavior will not be tolerated, particularly with our team members. Any violation of this may result in your trip being canceled at our discretion.

Respecting others’ time is essential. Delays caused by any traveler may result in missing out on some inclusions. We are not responsible for any missed activities due to delays.

All travelers are responsible for their luggage and belongings. We are not liable for any missing items during the trip.

Please follow the guidance of your noMad trip leader for a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and will treat all personal information shared with us as confidential. We will not disclose any personal information to third parties without your explicit consent, except when necessary to facilitate bookings or comply with legal obligations.
Accomodation

Check-in and check-out times will follow the hotel’s rules and regulations.

Carry your original identity card for hotel check-in and other permits. In some regions, Aadhar cards may not be accepted, so please carry a passport or voter ID where necessary.

We will make efforts to accommodate requests for twin beds, but availability may vary by destination. If twin beds are crucial for your comfort, please notify us in advance. Room allocation will depend on hotel availability and is first-come, first-served based on your notice.

Booking Modifications and Cancellations

If you wish to modify or cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing or through the designated communication channels. Please note that modification requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Cancellation policies, including any applicable fees or refunds, will be provided at the time of booking.

Travel Insurance

The 'noMad Sisters' strongly recommends obtaining comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, loss of belongings, or travel disruptions. It is your responsibility to secure adequate travel insurance coverage for yourself and your travel companions.

Injuries, illnesses, or mishaps are not covered by the trip costs.
Travel Documents and Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents, such as passports, visas, health certificates, and identification, are valid and in compliance with the destination's requirements. The 'noMad Sisters' will provide general guidance but cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from non-compliance.

Changes to Itinerary or Services

While the 'noMad Sisters' strive to deliver the proposed itinerary and services as described, unforeseen circumstances or events beyond their control may necessitate changes. The agency reserves the right to modify the itinerary, substitute accommodations or activities, or make other necessary adjustments. In such cases, the agency will endeavor to provide suitable alternatives or compensation when possible.

Liability and Limitations:

'noMad Sisters' acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers, such as hotels, transportation companies, and activity organizers. The agency is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delays, or expenses incurred due to the actions or omissions of these third-party providers. The agency's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

Health and Safety:

While the ‘'noMad Sisters'’ takes reasonable measures to ensure the health and safety of its clients, it is your responsibility to adhere to local laws, regulations, and safety guidelines during the trip. The agency is not liable for any health-related issues, accidents, injuries, or damages arising from non-compliance with safety instructions.

Complaints and Disputes:

If you have any complaints or concerns during your trip, you should notify the 'noMad Sisters' promptly, allowing them an opportunity to address the issue. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter amicably. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the respective governing authority

Privacy

The ‘'noMad Sisters'’ respects your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. Personal information provided to the agency will be used solely for the purpose of facilitating your travel arrangements and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except when necessary for booking purposes or as required by law.

Booking Policy:
Date Requirement: The date of journey and the date of enquiry should be at least 40 days apart.
​
50% on the time of Confirmation.
50% before 15 days of traveling date.
100% Advance for flight/train ticket booking.
Please ensure that you comply with these booking policies to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy :

Cancellation 30+ Days Before Trip post paying booking amount: Rs.2,000/- will be deducted.

Cancellation 15-29 Days Before Trip: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fee.

Cancellation Less Than 15 Days Before Trip: No refund will be provided.
-
No-Show or Early Departure: No refund will be provided for no-shows or if you decide to depart early from the trip.

Flight/train cancellation will be refunded as per airline rules and regulation
